The Nevada Quality Technical Assistance Center (NV-QTAC) is devoted to addressing the growing prevalence of and the impacts of chronic conditions by linking clinical and community interventions through the delivery of evidence-based programs.
Our mission
NV-QTAC’s mission is to reduce the burden of chronic diseases within the Nevada population by increasing awareness regarding available chronic disease and diabetes education programs to healthcare providers, the community, and collaborating organizations.
Serving Nevada
The Nevada Quality and Technical Assistance Center (NV-QTAC) supports public, private, health and community based partners by disseminating and delivering evidence-based self-management programs that improve health, wellness, and quality of life in communities within and beyond Nevada. Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican serves as the NV-QTAC and is committed to reaching health disparity populations, persons with disabilities, and older adults.
